The program '44 steps to an effective project. Standard ANSI PMI PMBOK Guide 3rd Edition' is based on new edition of the PMI Standard on Project Management (2004). The new edition is the new view of the project managers’ society on project management. Groups of the processes of project management from initiation to the closing of the project are considered in the Programmer of the course '44 steps to an effective project'. Listeners will become acquainted with professional terminology of project management; it is one of the elements of preparation to the PMP exam. Special attention will be devoted to the processes of initiation and planning; because the main reasons of the problems during project implementation are often connected with these steps of the project. Practical tasks, business games are included to the course programmer; it allows to learn and to apply the main methodology and instruments on project management in practice.
