On 15-16 October, the R.E.P. Advisory Group held discussions and received updates on various proposed PMI initiatives for 2009. During the two-day meeting, the following items were addressed: * A list of suggested items for a marketing toolkit was created that was later shared at the R.E.P. Breakfast for further review * Preliminary planning began for a possible Hyderabad, India meeting with India R.E.P.s in February 2009 * An overview of intellectual property guidelines was provided by PMI’s Legal Department * PMI Chapter policies and guidelines were compared and contrasted with R.E.P. rules and regulations * The OPM3 credential was explained in further detail by PMI’s OPM3 Products and Services Team * PMI’s Market and Business Development discussed goals for the upcoming year that involves the role of R.E.P.s in expanding the academic discipline of project management to both colleges and universities * Overall recommendations for the R.E.P. program for 2009 were put forth for consideration
